?The charger is used to charge the battery. CHP E-Bikes have an external battery charger and must carry along if you want to charge away from home. The charger converts the AC voltage in to DC voltage which is stored in battery. The input voltage to charge mainly is 110v / 220v. The charger, designed with latest technology to avoid over-charging.?
3) Electronic Motor Controller is like brain.
The controller is the brain of Electric Bikes, is the core of electric vehicle electric system with voltage, current limit or over-current protection. This controller is used to control the speed of your bike. The controller provides the electronic power to hub motor depending on the input from the accelerator. Furthermore, it allows the safe, precise & comfortable ride and also avoids the overloading of motor.
4) Electric Hub Motor is like the engine of petrol ones.
The electric hub motor is connected to the rear wheel in your bike. Motors are rated in terms of voltage & output power.

1. Is the Electric Bike Easy to maintain?
1) There is no engine, transmission, gear-box, cooling system, Tran’s axle, carburetor, spark plug, gasoline unit, which means that there is virtually nothing to maintain.
2) The direct drive hub motor system makes Electric Bike much easier to maintain.
3) What’s more, all components are of modular design. Maintenance is both easy and convenient. The replaceable parts like tires, tubes, bulbs, accessories can be found in any scooter store.

2. How far can the Electric Bike be driven after being fully charged ?
It can be ridden for about 50-65 km. Loading weight, speed, acceleration, and driving conditions will determine the distance.

3. What is the life of Lead-acid battery?
Up to 300 cycles, depending on the Battery’ Quality and Use of circumstances. The cycle life will be reduced or damaged if insufficient charge is retained for a long period of time. The sealed lead acid battery should last about 1.5 ~ 2 year with normal driving.

4. When Should I Recharge Batteries?
We recommend you recharge battery after each usage or at least when battery power indicator' shows 'half flat' or less. This ensures you get the most power. Regular charging, using a high quality switch mode battery charger, will extend life of the batteries.

5. Can I change the 500w scooter into 250w?
That depends. We need to make sure whether the size is right for the battery to work normally.

6. In China, most of the time, we need to load 2 people and some extra cargo, is that ok ?
Commonly, a 800w scooter with max loading ability of 160kg is workable for that case.Special needs you ask, we will find out effective solutions for your reference.

7. What you need to know to make sure whether you can make out the required models?
The main factors are watts, volts, rated capacity, distance per charge, max speed, and your price range.

8. Can you oem/odm my bikes?
Yes, OEM and ODM are welcomed. Depending on the job difficulty and quantity pricing varies.

9.What is the production delivery time?
